Ceasefire in Ukraine remains unstable

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is continuing to defend a peace plan agreed Saturday despite more reported deaths of government troops.

The ceasefire talks in the Belarusian capital, Minsk, resulted in both sides consenting to create a 30 kilometer buffer zone between the opposing forces -but Kiev says it won't be implemented until the violations stop.
