Britain's opposition Labour Party is setting out economic plans at its final annual party conference before a UK General Election.
Labour says it will increase the UK's minimum wage, reintroduce a 50% top rate of income tax, and will bring the country's budget deficit down.
Polls show Labour still lags behind the coalition-leading Conservatives when it comes to economic policy.
Political reporter Theo Usherwood is at the conference in Manchester - he says it's also about a party leader struggling to make an impact with the public.
