Russia plans to limit foreign media ownership

INTRO: Russia's lower house of parliament passed a preliminary bill that would limit foreign ownership of Russian media outlets to 20 percent. If passed, the bill would affect several prominent publications, including the country's top business daily newspaper and the Russian edition of Forbes - the publications would either have to change ownership or close by 2017. Anya Ardayeva reports from Moscow.
