Russia is setting up a multi-billion dollar anti-crisis fund to help companies targeted by the latest round of US and EU sanctions.
Many of Russia's largest banks and energy companies have been hit with limited access to foreign capital following several waves of Western sanctions over Russia's alleged involvement in Eastern Ukraine.
