Obama to Announce Major Ramp up in Ebola Response

US President Barack Obama is planning to announce a major ramp up of efforts to combat the Ebola virus in West Africa.

It will include providing mobile hospitals, personnel, medical supplies and training, according to the Wall Street journal.
