Immigration reform delayed again

U.S. President Barack Obama is delaying further work on legislation and executive orders to address the nearly 11 million living in the United States illegally until late in the year.

When the decision was announced, the upcoming mid-term elections in November were cited as the likely reason, that politics got in the way of immigration reform.

White House spokesman Josh Earnest insits, the American president wants immigration reform to be done right.
