Hong Kong pro-democracy protests swell ahead of China National holiday

Vast crowds of pro-democracy protesters continue to swell in Hong Kong with people stockpiling supplies and putting up makeshift barricades.

The demonstrators are preparing for a potential police response ahead of Wednesday's Chinese National Holiday when protest numbers are expected to peak.
