FRESH FIGHTING REPORTED IN EASTERN UKRAINE

INTRO: Ukrainian media reports of fresh fighting in Donetsk in eastern Ukraine despite the September 5 ceasefire. Donetsk rebel leader said his forces returned fire after Ukrainian troops started shelling at them. The continuing shelling has hampered the creation of buffer zones between the fighting sides.
