The UK's counter-terror chief is making a major appeal to Britons to help spot people who've traveled to Syria or Iraq or show signs of becoming radicalised.
Assistant Commissioner Mark Rowley also says 'significant progress' is being made in the bid to identify a British militant believed to have killed US journalist James Foley.
