Syria death toll nears 200,000

With the conflict in Syria now in its fourth year the United Nations
say the death toll recorded up until April is over 191,000.

They warn this is "probably an underestimate" with the UN's Human
Rights chief Navi Pillay blaming "international paralysis" on the
issue.

William Denselow reports from the United Nations in New York.
