Russian forces capture Ukrainian town

The Ukrainian military says Russian forces have captured the town of Novoazovsk on the Sea of Azov, as NATO confirms, at least 1,000 Russian soldiers are operating on the Ukrainian side of the border.

Earlier, British Prime Minister David Cameron said that Russian President Vladimir Putin is not credible when he says he wants a diplomatic solution to the Ukraine crisis, while at the same time, evidence is mounting that the Russian military is inside Ukraine.

At the U.S. State Department, spokesperson Jen Psaki said Moscow is escalating the situation.
