Islamic State committed "mass atrocities" in Syria, UN say

According to a United Nations report Islamic State militants have
committed "mass atrocities" in Syria.

Following a six months investigation UN officials accuse both IS and
the Syrian government of committing war crimes and crimes against
humanity.
