EU leaders to discuss further sanctions against Russia

European Union leaders will discuss further economic sanctions against Russia as the crisis in eastern Ukraine continues to escalate. 

They'll meet for an extraordinary summit in Brussels Saturday with the issuing looking set to dominate the agenda.
