Air quality in India's capital New Delhi has once again dipped, with most parts of the city recording pollution levels close to 500, ten times global permissible limits.
This is after several restrictions that were imposed over the course of last month as measures to improve Delhi's deteriorating air quality, were lifted - including resumption of construction activities and the entry of polluting trucks into Delhi.
