Indian authorities investigate stampede which killed 11 outside cricket stadium

Indian authorities are investigating the cause of a deadly stampede in Bengaluru - at a victory celebration to mark the first ever Indian Premier League title win for the city's cricket team.

At least 11 people, as young as 14, were killed and dozens were injured on Wednesday.

AID CENTRES TO REOPEN IN GAZA

Aid centres in Gaza are reopening on Thursday after being shut following fatalities at a facility in Rafah .

The Israel-endorsed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation closed them, saying it was to carry out improvements.

On Tuesday a number of Palestinians were killed at an aid distribution site when Israeli troops opened fire.

The head of the UN World Food Programme, Cindy McCain, says the situation in the enclave is desperate.

Trump announces 12 country travel ban

US President Donald Trump has signed a travel ban preventing people
from 12 countries entering the United States.

The list includes Afghanistan, Iran, Haiti, Myanmar and multiple
African nations.
