Putin will not attend peace talks in Turkey on Thursday

The Kremlin has confirmed that President Putin will not be attending the peace talks due to take place in Istanbul on Thursday.

Vladimir Putin proposed May 15 should be the next date for mediation between Ukraine and Russia - and the Ukrainian president then offered to meet for one-on-one talks, which the Russian president has now decided not to attend.

Boeing signs "record" deal with Qatar during Trump Gulf trip

US President Donald Trump has attended a state dinner in Qatar after announcing a series of deals with the Gulf state - including a "record" order of Boeing jets. 

The White House says Boeing and GE Aerospace secured a $96 billion agreement to sell Qatar Airways up to 210 aircraft.

Menendez brothers eligible for parole following judge's ruling

Erik and Lyle Menendez have moved a step closer to a possible release from prison after a Los Angeles judge ruled they were eligible for parole.

Grand jury indicts Wisconsin judge for allegedly helping immigrant escape ICE
