TRUMP ADMINISTRATION DIGS IN OVER DEPORTATION

The Trump administration says it will appeal a federal judge's order to provide sworn testimony over the efforts it's made to return a man mistakenly deported to El Salvador.

The Supreme Court has called on it to facilitate Kilmar Abrego Garcia's return to the US, upholding a court order by the judge.

The White House claims he had ties to the criminal gang MS-13, though his lawyers say there's no evidence of that.
