At least three people have died and dozens injured after a severe hailstorm and torrential rain battered Islamabad.

With Pakistan ranked as the fifth most climate vulnerable country globally, experts are sounding an alarm over worsening weather patterns and demanding the government urgently scale up climate adaptation measures.
