US faces coldest Inauguration Day in 40 years
Parts of the US are facing their coldest weather so far this year on Monday, with arctic air expected through much of the week.
Several regions are under Cold Weather Alerts, as Americans battle icy weather on Martin Luther King Jr Day, a federal holiday.
Freezing temperatures also saw Donald Trump's inauguration in Washington DC move indoors - marking the first time it's being held inside since 1985.

Three of the richest men in the world, foreign dignitaries and former presidents will attend the inauguration ceremony, which has been moved indoors because of the cold weather in Washington.

US Supreme Court backs TikTok ban
TikTok may soon be outlawed in the United States, after the Supreme Court ruled a controversial ban can go ahead.
The popular social media app has faced criticism from American lawmakers for its ties to China, which they say carry national security concerns.
The ban is scheduled to begin on Sunday, unless TikTok severs ties with its China-based parent company ByteDance.

Trump's inauguration moved indoors
US President-elect Donald Trump's swearing-in ceremony will now take place indoors, with dangerously cold temperatures forecasted for his Inauguration Address on Monday.
He'll take his oath of office and deliver his speech in the Capitol Rotunda itself, instead of on the steps of the Congressional building.
It'll be the first indoor inauguration since 1985.
