The driver responsible for a deadly crash in downtown Seoul is being questioned by police for the first time.
Nine people were killed and seven injured when a 68-year-old man plowed his Hyundai Genesis through a guardrail and onto a sidewalk on Monday.

Hurricane Beryl is closing in on the Caribbean Island of Jamaica where it's expected to bring life threatening winds and storm surge.

US President Joe Biden is fighting for his political future amid rising panic within Democrat Party ranks that he's at risk of losing November's election to former President Donald Trump.
Mr Biden is meeting Democratic governors virtually on Wednesday evening as he attempts to shore up support following a shaky debate performance last week which sparked intense internal deliberations about whether he should step aside and give up the nomination.

The final day of campaigning is underway in the UK ahead of Thursday's general election.
Rishi Sunak's Conservative's are a long way behind in the polls, and the Prime Minister is trying to persuade voters that a landslide victory for the opposition Labour Party would be 'bad for Britain'.
Labour leader Keir Starmer is continuing to deliver his message that it's 'time for change' as he bids to become the first Labour leader to win a general election since Tony Blair.
Smaller parties are also out campaigning trying to pick up votes before the polls open on Thursday morning.
Among them, the Green Party, whose co-leader Carla Denyer believes others in the election are not admitting the scale of the challenge facing the UK.
