US presents new draft Security Council resolution to stop the fighting in Gaza

The United States has requested UN Security Council support for
President Joe Biden's three-phase plan to end the nearly eight-month
war in Gaza.
A draft resolution has been circulated to all council members and is
expected to be voted on at some stage.
Benjamin Netanyahu has confirmed Israel will accept the framework deal
though he described it as flawed and in need of much more work.

Trump and RNC raise $141m in May

Donald Trump and the Republican National Committee say they collectively raised more than $140 million last month towards the former president's re-election campaign.


The campaign points to tens of millions of dollars donated after Trump was found guilty of 34 criminal counts last week. 


The surge in donations suggests the hush money trial garnered support for the Republican presumptive nominee - with Trump calling it "politically motivated".

Nigeria’s Government, Labour Unions, Reach Agreement on New Minimum Wage

UN says Israel not allowing educational material into Gaza

The UN's office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs fears
that an entire generation of children in Gaza will be scarred for
life.

US Congress investigates Covid-19 origins

Anthony Fauci is being grilled in the United States Congress today (Monday), facing unfounded allegations from lawmakers that he attempted to cover up the origins of Covid-19.
