Britain's King Charles III has spent the night at home in London after revealing he's being treated for cancer.

Buckingham Palace has not revealed what type of cancer he's been diagnosed with.

The King will step back from public royal duties, with Prince William expected to cover some engagements for him.

King Charles diagnosed with cancer

King Charles has been diagnosed with cancer.

The type of cancer has not been revealed, but according to Buckingham Palace, the monarch, aged 75, has started "regular treatment."

The King, the Palace says, "remains wholly positive about his treatment and looks forward to returning to full public duty as soon as possible."

World Cup Final to be held near New York City

The 2026 World Cup final will be held in the US state of New Jersey, just outside of New York City.

EU's top diplomat issues warning about UNRWA funding

The European Union's top diplomat Josep Borrell says defunding UNRWA "would put hundreds of thousands of lives at risk."
