China praises Russia's reaction to attempted Wagner mutiny

CUE: China has praised Russia’s reaction to the attempted mutiny at the weekend by Yevgeny Prigozhin and his Wagner army of mercenaries. 

Mr Prigozhin’s troops seized two Russian cities and marched on Moscow, but halted about one-hundred-and twenty-five MILES (two-hundred KILOMETRES) short of the capital.

Indian Minister slams Barack Obama

An Indian minister and other leaders from the country's ruling BJP have targeted Barack Obama for urging the US government to raise attacks against Muslims with New Delhi.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has just returned from his first state visit to the US in nine years.

Many human rights organisations criticised the White House for rolling out the red carpet for him, citing an uptick in attacks against minority communities since Mr Modi came to power in 2014.

Nirmala Sitharama, India's Finance Minister, questioned Mr Obama's credentials to question New Delhi - alleging under the former US President's rule 'six Muslim-majority countries were bombed'.

Russian attempted rebellion good for Ukraine says U.S. officials

Russian mercenary leader Yevgeny Prigozhin has backed down, since taking his troops out of Ukraine and marching on Moscow on Friday - with a deal being made with the Kremlin, brokered by Belarussian leader Alexander Lukashenko.


However U.S. officials see the events as cracks appearing in Russian President Vladmimr Putin's leadership.

Film Director Cameron says Oceangate cut corners in making sub

Starbucks workers set to protest over Pride Month decorations ban

Thousands of Starbucks workers will go on strike next week over the

Five people believed dead after days searching for missing submersible Titan
