International investors show increased confidence in Greece after centre-right election win


The spread - or difference - between Greece and Italy's government debt yields is now the widest since at least 1999.

Financial markets have reacted positively to Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and his party winning Sunday's general elections, after campaigning on a message of economic stability.

SKIN CANCER RATES JUMP 75% IN GERMANY

New data released Tuesday shows a sharp rise in skin cancer diagnosis in parts of northern Europe.
