Twitter users unable to tweet during outage
Twitter users were unable to post messages on Wednesday, and were told they had reached their daily limit - even if they had not sent any Tweets that day.
The social media platform experienced technical issues for around 90 minutes, forcing people to use scheduling tools instead.

Earthquake death toll rises past 11,000

Suspected Lockerbie bomb-maker pleads not guilty
