Four members of the far right group the Oathkeepers have been found guilty of seditious conspiracy.

The four men were convicted for their involvement in the January 6th 2021 riot at the US Capitol.

First victims in Monterey Park shooting named

Police have released the names of the first victims of a mass shooting in Monterey Park, California, as well as that of the suspected attacker.

Pressure mounts on Germany to send Ukraine main battle tanks

Germany is under increasing political pressure to send Ukraine western-made main battle tanks, known as "Leopard 2s" -- amid speculation Russia may be readying a major spring offensive.

Berlin has expressed concerns about sending the heavy weaponry without a similar move from the United States and says it wants to avoid escalating the conflict in Ukraine into a direct war between Russia and NATO. 

The question of when and whether Ukraine can expect Leopard 2 tanks is being hotly debated among European Union foreign ministers gathering in Brussels today (Monday).

Monterey Park shooting suspect dead say police
