U.S. set to unveil new military aid package for Ukraine

The U.S. is expected to announce another military aid package for
Ukraine including roughly 100 Stryker combat vehicles.

The shipment of weapons is expected to be unveiled at a meeting
between Ukraine's allies in Germany on Friday.

King Charles says extra Crown Estate profits should go to "wider public good"

The UK's King Charles says soaring profits from the Crown Estate should be used for the "wider public good" rather than the Royal Family.

BREAKING: Ardern to stand down as NZ Prime Minister

In a political bombshell, New Zealand's Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has announced that she will stand down next month, ahead of an October general election.


She told members of her governing Labour Party that she no longer has the energy or the inspiration to continue as leader, telling them "I no longer have enough in the tank".


Mrs. Ardern steered New Zealand through Covid-19 and was widely regarded worldwide for her stewardship of the pandemic.


But her popularity has dipped over the last few months and, choking back tears she said her final day as Prime Minister will be on February 7th.

U.S. retail sales decline in December

U.S. retail sales dropped by more than analysts expected in December
