Uganda Lifts Ebola Movement Restrictions

Uganda has eased Ebola-movement restrictions in the two hard-hit districts after no cases were registered in the last 21- days.

The Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni said the country will only declare the outbreak over if no case shows up after 24 days, which are two incubation cycles of the disease.

Amid border stand-off, India's Defence Minister's China dig
