A federal judge in Texas has ruled that the Trump-era "Remain in Mexico" policy must stay in place for now, dealing a blow to the Biden Administration which has been trying to terminate the controversial policy.
Under the program, non-Mexican asylum seekers are sent back to Mexico to wait while their cases are being processed.
