New York State introduces new gun laws after Buffalo shooting

New York State has introduced a series of new gun laws following the
fatal shooting of ten people at a supermarket in Buffalo three weeks
ago.

It toughens rules that were already some of the tightest in the country.

US warns Russia trying to sell stolen Ukrainian grain to countries facing severe hunger
