Opposition party leaders are calling on the Conservative party to remove Boris Johnson from his role as Prime Minister.
A confidence vote will take place later, after the threshold of 54 letters of no confidence were submitted to the 1922 committee.
Sir Graham Brady chairs that committee and says a result will be announced soon after the ballot closes at 8pm UK time.
Leader of the Liberal Democrats, Sir Ed Davey, claims that Boris Johnson has lied to Parliament over the partygate scandal - which Mr Johnson Denies.
He thinks it's now time for him to go.
