Another rollercoaster day on Wall Street on Tuesday, as the US Federal Reserve began its meeting on whether to raise interest rates. The Dow Jones closed lower but well off its session lows.

UK police have confirmed they WILL investigate a series of alleged parties held in Number 10 Downing Street during Covid-19 lockdowns.
It comes as pressure grows on Prime Minister Boris Johnson to resign following even more revelations that he attended a birthday party held for him in the Cabinet Room in June 2020. At the time, social contact indoors was prohibited unless it was for essential work purposes.
