Stockpiling concerns amid supermarket staff and food shortages in UK
Supermarkets in the UK are suffering stock shortages after the number of people contacted to self-isolate continues to rise.
More than 600,000 people were told to isolate by the NHS Test and Trace app in the week to the 14th July -- that's the highest recorded number yet.

Australia - Infection rates rise as Delta continues to spread
As predicted by Premier Gladys Berejeklian, covid infection rates in the state of New South Wales have increased again, with the state experiencing its worst day since the current delta variant outbreak began.
Up to 87 of the 124 new cases have spent time in the community while infectious, and two aged care homes have now been locked down after a number of unvaccinated workers tested positive.
