RUSSIA TAKES UKRAINE TO EUROPEAN COURT HUMAN RIGHTS

Russia is taking Ukraine to the European Court of Human Rights, over a slew of events that have taken place there since 2014.

[update] The advisor to Ukraine's President Zelensky says the action is "meaningless".
