Rwanda Reinstates COVID-19 Restrictions

Trump hopes for Pence intervention in election result affirmation

US President Donald Trump has expressed his hope that Vice President Mike Pence will somehow intervene when Congress meets to affirm Joe Biden's victory in the US election.

New York reports first case of highly contagious Covid-19 strain

New York has confirmed its first case of a highly contagious strain of
Covid-19 that was discovered in the United Kingdom. It's now the
fourth U.S. state to do so.

Last month New York's Governor Andrew Cuomo pushed for tougher travel
restrictions from the UK and for labs to ramp up testing for this new
virus variant.

1st case of UK Covid Variant confirmed in New York

Chinese foreign minister on two-day state visit to Nigeria
