Tanzania, Uganda Presidents sign agreement for construction of crude oil pipeline


Presidents John Magufuli of Tanzania and Yoweri Museveni of Uganda have signed a pact to commission a 1,445-km East African Crude Oil Pipeline running from Hoima in Uganda to the port city of Tanga in Tanzania.

Death Toll from Wildfires Expected to Rise.

The UK's COVID-19 infection rate has surpassed one — a critical level meaning, on average, one infected person is likely to pass the disease on to at least one other person.

Uganda Resumes Peacekeeping Deployment to Somalia

UK signs agreement with Japan, securing first trade deal since Brexit

The UK has secured its first post-Brexit trade deal after signing an agreement with Japan.
