The American retail giant Walmart says it is joining Microsoft in its bid to purchase the popular video sharing app Tik Tok.

Three more Kenyan airlines have been banned in Tanzania as the two countries' apparent standoff over management of the Covid-19 pandemic continues. The Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority issued the ban against AirKenya Express, Fly540, and Safarilink Aviation. This comes as China just released a statement requiring all travelers from Tanzania to obtain a negative COVID-19 certificate before entering the country.
