Testing suggests 12.5% of Moscow has COVID-19 immunity

Testing in Moscow suggests that more than one in ten people have antibodies to the coronavirus, meaning they have already had the disease. The head of the city's department of health suggested the number may be high enough to begin moving out of lockdown - even though new cases are rising by thousands each day. UK IMPLEMENTS BORDER QUARANTINE

Uncertainty over school reopening in UK -- but risk to children far lower

The British government's scientific advisory group, known as SAGE, say children are almost 60% less likely to get coronavirus compared to an adult if they were in contact with an infected individual. 


The group published documents assessing whether students should return to school, but the scientists "cannot be clear" on the extent to which they could be reopened without leading to cases taking off in the UK again.

India's central bank cuts rate to 4%

UK BORROWING SOARS AMID CORONAVIRUS CRISIS
