The Governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, has made an emotional to President Trump to provide the state with an additional 30 thousand ventilators to deal with the coronavirus crisis.
He says that so far he's received only 400 of them.

Russia's Prime Minister has ordered his teams to develop a system of tracking infected patients using their mobile phone data. It would send a message to people who had been in contact with someone with the coronavirus. Lucy Taylor reports.
Uganda has confirmed eight new cases of COVID-19 bringing the total number of cases in the country to nine.
The Ministry of Health says all the nine cases are all imported and came into the country from Dubai.
