A flight scheduled to bring about 200 British nationals back to the UK from Wuhan has been unable to take off. The flight was supposed to leave on Thursday from the Chinese city, where the coronavirus outbreak emerged.
The reason for the delay is that relevant permissions from Chinese officials have not yet come through.
The UK Foreign Office says it's "working urgently" to organise a flight "as soon as possible."

An independent unit has recommended that Russia's Athletics Federation face the 'severest possible consequences' for doping violations. It said Russia should be expelled from the sport's governing body, World Athletics. Moscow Correspondent Lucy Taylor reports.
