Dispute over President Trump's tax returns could be heading for US Supreme Court


US President Donald Trump is asking the Supreme Court to block a subpoena for his financial records and tax returns.

But it could be weeks before the court announces whether it will even hear the case.

Students die in US school mass shooting

At least two students have died and 3 others injured in a mass
shooting at a high school in California.

The suspect, a 16-year-old pupil at the school, also shot himself and
is in a "grave condition".

WHO launches programme to lower insulin prices

Just in time for World Diabetes Day….

Seventeen arrested in human trafficking raids in London

Seventeen people have been arrested in raids across east London in an international human trafficking investigation.


A total of 29 women, aged 20 to 40, were rescued by the police. The potential victims were taken to a place of safety, whilst the suspects remain in custody.

Russia rejects link to MH17 crash

The Russian Foreign Ministry has dismissed claims by investigators probing the MH17 crash linking Moscow to the downing of the Malaysia Airlines flight.

MH17 was shot down in 2014 over territory held by pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine. All 298 passengers and crew died.

Larger bench at India's top court to look at objections in Sabarimala temple debate

India's Supreme Court has referred objections raised to its controversial verdict last year to allow women of all ages to enter a famous temple in Kerala to a larger bench of judges.
