North Korea threatens retaliation over US-South Korea military drills

North Korea has announced it has the right to retaliate if the U.S.
and South Korea proceed with scheduled military drills.

Pyongyang also warns that the U.S. face "a bigger threat and harsh
suffering" if it ignores an end of year deadline to change tact on
nuclear negotiations.
