UK Lorry Victims 'Chinese Nationals'

UK PM CONSIDERS GENERAL ELECTION AFTER BREXIT HURDLE

The UK Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, is weighing up whether to hold a general election or whether to hold another vote on the withdrawal agreement - the legal arrangement which outlines how the UK leaves the EU.

UK STALLS OVER BREXIT / ELECTION

There's a stalemate in the UK over whether to try and pass a Brexit deal, or push for an election.

The UK government is waiting for the EU to decide how long an extension to grant past the current Brexit date of October 31st.

If it's a long delay until the end of January, Downing Street says there must be an election.

But many Conservative MPs are urging Prime Minister Boris Johnson to bring his Brexit legislation back to Parliament so it can be passed in the next few weeks.

Spanish dictator Franco to be exhumed

The remains of Spanish dictator Francisco Franco are set to be exhumed
on Thursday following a lengthy legal battle.

After his death in 1975 he was buried in a grand basilica in the
Valley of the Fallen where about 40,000 casualties of the civil war
are interred.

The exhumation is a key priority for the ruling Socialist party and
comes ahead of elections scheduled for November 10th.

Russia's doping chief prepares for Olympic ban

Russian forces begin deployment near Turkey-Syria border
