UN chief eyes Turkey's Syria offensive with “great concern”

The United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres says he is
following the Turkish offensive in northern Syria with "great
concern".

Turkish warplanes have started bombing the area occupied by Kurdish militia.

Tanzania ranked ninth in Africa’s Millionaire list

Tanzania has been ranked ninth in Africa in a report that highlights the state of wealth on the continent.

The Africa Wealth report for 2019 published by Mauritius based AfrAsia Bank says that there are more than 2,400 individuals with more than 1 million dollars who were living in Tanzania in 2018.

Authorities Probe Terror Links in German Shootings

Two people have been killed in the German city of Halle in an attack which may have targeted a synagogue on the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur.

Democrats step up impeachment inquiries

House Democrats are set to step up their impeachment inquiry as The White House said it would not cooperate with the probe.

Kashmir schools see weak turnout, after curb lifted

Security stepped ahead of Modi-Xi summit

Over 500 police personnel have been deployed and residents have been issued identity cards  in the state of Tamil Nadu ahead of a 2 day summit between the leaders of India and China.

Two people killed in shooting in eastern Germany


German police say two people have been killed in a shooting in the city of Halle in the east of the country.

UK MINISTERS BAULK AT SUGGESTION CONSERVATIVE PARTY COULD CAMPAIGN FOR NO DEAL
