China offers to buy more soybeans ahead of trade talks

China has signaled its willingness to strike a mini-trade deal when it meets with the US later this week. But only if the Trump administration backs off on tariff threats. And to show it's serious, Beijing is offering to pony up on agricultural purchases. Toni Waterman has more from Washington.
