Restore normal life to Kashmir, Indian top court tells government

On Monday, India's Supreme Court heard a bunch of petitions by activists and lawmakers challenging the lockdown imposed by authorities in the state of Kashmir.

Curbs remain on essential services such as mobile communication and reporting by local media.

Juncker “always optimistic” about Brexit deal prospect

European Commission president Jean Claude Juncker said he remained "optimistic" about the possibility of a Brexit deal, ahead of talks with the UK prime minister Boris Johnson.

However the EU's top official has rejected reopening the Withdrawal Agreement agreed with Mr. Johnson's predecessor Theresa May.

Modi calls Trump's participation in diaspora event "special gesture"

The White House has confirmed that US President Donald Trump will be attending and addressing a mega rally in Houston Texas  alongside Indian PM Narendra Modi on September 22.

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is holding his first face-to-face Brexit talks (on Monday) with European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker in Luxembourg.

US SAYS INTEL SHOWS IRAN'S INVOLVEMENT IN SAUDI STRIKES

The United States says it has intelligence and data to back up its allegation that Iran carried out air attacks on Saudi oil facilities.

It's also released satellite images which it says suggest Tehran's involvement rather than the Iran-aligned Houthi rebels in Yemen who initially claimed the strikes.

Iran has denied being behind the attacks on facilities at Abqaiq and Khuarais which caused a spike in global oil prices.

Oil analyst Daniel Lacalle says the situation should be normalised within days if there are no further escalations.

Russian officials holds talks with Syrian president ahead of summit in Turkey

Delhi Plans to Implement Odd-Even for the Third Time

Delhi is one of the world's most polluted cities - and in attempt to clean up the air, the government will temporarily only allow cars on the streets every other day.

Kenya and Uganda Sign Cross Border Pact on Peace and Security
