The United Nations has expressed concern about an agreement between Bangladesh and Myanmar to return Rohingya refugees to Myanmar's Rakhine state in November, despite UN warnings of continuing genocide there.
More than 720 thousand mostly Rohingya Muslims have fled to Bangladesh in the past year, but the UN says their repatriation must be voluntary and cannot be rushed.
