Trump plans to send 2000-4000 troops to border

President Trump said he plans to send between 2,000 and 4,000 national guard troops to the border with Mexico.

He also said the troops would stay there until the completion of his proposed wall on the border.

Trade tensions mount between US and China

Tensions between the U.S. and China are heating up.

Beijing’s Ministry of Commerce says it's ready to pay any cost in a trade war with the United States.

UK doctors: Sergei Skripal improving rapidly, no longer critical

Doctors in Britain say the the Russian former spy Sergei Skripal is no longer in a critical condition.

Moscow asks Facebook for explanation on why it restricted access for some Russian media

Ex-Catalonian leader released from German jail

Carles Puigdemont, the former leader of Spain's Catalonia region, has been released from a German jail after a court dismissed the charges of rebellion sought by the Spain for his role in last year's Catalonian independence referendum.

Bollywood's Salman Khan to spend another night in jail as bail hearing adjourned

Fears of trade war increase after another threat of more tariffs against China by President Trump

US President Donald Trump has instructed the U.S. Trade Representative to consider an additional 100 billion dollars in tariffs on Chinese imports.

UK blasts Russia's UN spy meeting

The UK has labelled Russia's request for a UN Security Council meeting
to discuss the spy poisoning investigation an attempt at "obfuscation
and contempt for international institutions".

The Council is due to discuss the latest details of last month's
poisoning of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter in the
UK town of Salisbury.

Russia has requested to join the investigation into the incident - a
request the British have denied.
