UK IN GRIP OF HEAVY SNOW

The UK is facing major disruption from heavy snowfall and freezing conditions.

Hundreds of trains have been cancelled, some schools are closed, and motorists are being warned to take extra care with some roads blocked.

There's been heavy snow in parts of south east England, as well as Scotland and north east England.

It's expected to continue falling in some areas through Tuesday and Wednesday.

Indian lawmaker accused of mowing down 9 children

In the Indian state of Bihar, nine children were killed and over 20 injured when a speeding vehicle rammed into a school compound.

A local lawmaker from Prime Minister Modi's party the BJP was reportedly behind the wheel.

Russia vetoes Western effort to call out Iran over Yemen at UNSC

U.S. court votes to protect gay workers

US Ties North Korea Talks to Nuclear Arms

Supreme Court won’t hear DACA appeal

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear the Trump administration's appeal of a federal court's ruling requiring the government to keep DACA in place.

Two Terror Attacks Already Foiled in France

Four people have died after an explosion destroyed a building in the city of Leicester in the UK.

Four other people remain in hospital after the incident on Sunday.
