Indian government denies snubbing Canadian Prime Minister

Following multiple news reports that alleged that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government had 'snubbed' Canadian premier Justin Trudeau, the Indian government has denied those claims.

Prime Minister Trudeau is on his first official visit to India.

Funerals of church shooting victims in Russia

A day of mourning will be held in the town of Kizylar in the Dagestan region of Russia, for five women who were shot dead in an attack on a church on Sunday. An Archbishop has given permission for the victims to be buried as 'martyrs', in the grounds of the church where they died. Lucy Taylor reports from Moscow.

Florida students to lead gun control push

The accused gunman in last week's high school shooting in Florida has returned to court.

He appeared dressed in a red prisoner jump suit, and nodded from time to time as his defense attorney whispered in his ear.

Oxfam has published its internal report from 2011 into alleged abuse by some of its staff - and it reveals three men accused of misconduct in Haiti physically threatened witnesses during an investigation.
